Challenge
Our clients goal was to increase sign-ups across their global trekking and cycling events while competing in a crowded charity adventure space. Alongside this, their social media presence lacked consistency, making it difficult to sustain engagement, reinforce key messages, and keep upcoming events front of mind.
Our approach
We combined targeted Meta traffic and lead-generation campaigns with a clear social media strategy to drive sign-ups and sustain momentum. For established challenges, we used lookalike audiences from high-quality past leads and A/B tested creatives to identify what performed best. Alongside paid activity, we improved social media consistency through clearer goals, refined messaging, and a structured content calendar to boost engagement and support ongoing campaigns.
Our Vietnam to Cambodia campaign achieved a reach of 26,000 users, helping Dream Challenges significantly widen visibility for the route and strengthen interest. Combined with the Black Friday multi-challenge push, the activity expanded their audience pool, boosted warm traffic, and supported stronger sign-up momentum across their broader portfolio of global challenges. On top of this, our new social media strategy supercharged engagement, delivering an 82% lift in organic views in just one month.
