Women v Cancer Case study

The Problem

Women V Cancer needed to meet sign-up goals for their 2026 charity rides while simultaneously launching a brand-new event that required building awareness, credibility and trust from scratch. Alongside that, they needed a content strategy that could balance emotional storytelling, community-building and event awareness, all while increasing visibility around their fundraising challenges.

What we did

We delivered a focused mix of paid and organic strategy. Across Meta, we ran targeted traffic and lead generation campaigns using lookalike audiences and A/B testing to optimise performance. On the content side, we built the strategy around shared purpose, emotional connection, empowerment and community storytelling, focusing heavily on rider stories, training journeys, behind-the-scenes moments, challenge preparation, community encouragement and mission-driven messaging, all supported by a structured content calendar.

the result

1.3M+ campaign impressions generated across paid and organic content. Facebook views increased to 99.2K+, with watch time up 628.7%. Our Breast Cancer Awareness Month campaigns alone reached 677,837 users, and overall Instagram reach grew by 48.3%, helping Women V Cancer meet their event registration goals and reach a far broader audience.
